Founded in 1949 and held every three years, IBA is one of the world’s largest and most influential trade fairs for the baking industry. At its core, the IBA World Baker Championship represents the highest standard of global baking craftsmanship.

This year’s competition, themed “Animal Kingdom”, featured four categories: European breads, cocktail snacks, Danish pastries, and artistic breads, bringing together top contestants from 12 countries.
